A much needed bathroom remodel will soon be underway for both the men's and women's restrooms in the church basement. The women's fellowship council has committed to help fund this project. If you would like to help, please consider taking one or more numbered envelopes from the display in the back of church, place the amount of money($1 - $200) designated on the envelope into the envelope and then put it into the collection plate. Our hope is that all the envelopes will be taken and returned by July 1. You can also return your envelopes to women's fellowship treasurer Kathy Krueger. Thank you in advance for your support!
      LWMS Spring Rally in Lewiston
Nine ladies from St. John's traveled to Lewiston on Saturday, April 21, for the LWMS spring rally. After registering, they enjoyed coffee, fruit, and baked goods. Following the morning devotion, the ladies had a friendly competition of who knew their assigned missionary the best. The highlights of the business meeting were the welcoming of our new circuit member, Grace- Prairie du Chien, welcoming 8 first time attendees, and holding the election for secretary, spiritual growth laywomen, and pastoral advisor. The speaker was Johanna Mears who with her husband, Harry, went to Cameroon last fall to teach in the seminary there. She was very interesting. After the installation of new officers and closing devotion, a delicious luncheon was enjoyed by everyone. The fall LWMS rally will be held October 20 right here at St. John's. Hope you can all attend.

The next group to serve is group 1.
